Rhyan Dildine 

President

Rhyan grew up in Martin County, Florida before attending Emory University where she met her husband, TJ. The Dildines live in Delray Beach, FL and are the proud parents of Flossy, age 10 and a fifth-grade Moonbear, and Foxworth, age 6 and a first grade Moonbear.

The couple owns and runs their family’s 47-year old pharmacy, Delray Shores Pharmacy, in downtown Delray Beach. Rhyan is a licensed family law attorney. This year marks Rhyan’s sixth year as a board member, and third year as president.

Amanda Friedlander   

Vice President of Development & Donations 

After being born and raised in the Chicago area, Mandy moved to South Florida almost 15 years ago. She worked as a prosecutor in both Chicago and Ft. Lauderdale for over 6 years and is currently working in Delray Beach. Mandy was very involved in the parent organization for her children’s pre-school and is continuing her involvement at Morikami Park Elementary. She resides in Boynton Beach with her husband David and their children, Elizabeth, who is in 8th grade at Woodlands Middle School and Brady, who is in 5th grade at Morikami. Mandy is starting her 9th (and final) year on the IB Foundation Board.

Melissa Yeschek

Treasurer 

Originally from Sharon, Pennsylvania, Melissa received a BA from the College of William & Mary and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. In 2018, Melissa and her husband, Steve, relocated from Washington DC to Delray Beach with their two sons, Jacob, a fourth grade Banyan Creek Bear and Sam, a first grade Moonbear.

Melissa is currently a Director and Senior Corporate Counsel for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. This is Melissa’s first year as a member of the Morikami Park IB Foundation Board.

Keren Schiller 

Secretary 

Keren was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She earned a B.A. in Communication and worked in IT recruiting, as well as special events coordinating and fundraising for a national non-profit organization. She later earned her M.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and has since been practicing as a bilingual speech-language pathologist with children ranging from preschool to high school age. Keren enjoys travel, photography, spending time with her family…and is thrilled to be a part of the IB Foundation Board! 

Bianca Champagne

Social Media & Marketing Director 

Bianca Champagne is a Puerto Rican native who moved to Miami, FL at the age of 10. She holds a Major in Advertising and a Minor in Marketing from FIU. With 17 years of experience in the music industry, she currently serves as the V.P. of an indie Latin label. Bianca is a dedicated mother of two boys, Noah and Liam. Her family resides in Delray Beach, Florida, where she is actively involved in her kids' education and other interests.

Stacy Siska

Operations Director 

Stacy is a South Florida native with a passion for special events. With a Bachelors in Elementary Education from University of Florida, she started out teaching 1st grade in Coconut Creek for 3 years and then moved into the Fashion PR and Special Events industry. She had her own event consultant firm and managed multiple nonprofit fundraising events in Palm Beach.

After getting married and having her 2 boys, Stacy now helps her husband manage their residential and commercial landscaping company while also enjoying spending time with her family including Sebastian in 4th grade and Vallan in 2nd grade.

Antonietta Benavides 

Community Relations Director 

Antonietta was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Boca Raton at the age of 9. After receiving a degree in paramedic skin care and working in the field for a couple of years, she decided to change careers and is now an office manager for her family’s tile and marble company that has been in the business for over 30 years.

Her greatest achievement of all, and how she spends most of her time, is with her rambunctious and energetic children. Luca is in 5th grade and twins Marco and Giuliana are in 4th grade at MPES. Antonietta is excited to begin her fifth year as a member of the MPES IB Foundation Board and looks forward to a great year.

Eliana Brancia is a Brazilian native who moved to Boca Raton 17 years ago. With a bachelor's degree in Advertising and MBA in International Marketing, she built her career as a marketing professional for several industries, including luxury goods, aerospace and education.

Currently, Eliana is involved in community initiatives and dedicating her time to her 8 year old son Daniel, her husband, as well as working on seasonal freelancer projects.

Amy Mercier 

School Advisor - MPIBF Liaison

Amy is a Florida native and graduated from FAU. She has been working at Morikami Park Elementary School for over 20 years. She has taught 3rd grade, 5th grade and is currently the IB Magnet Coordinator. She loves being a part of the Morikami family!

She has also attended the IB Academy to become a PYP workshop leader. This allows her to travel across the country to work with and train other IB teachers and administrators. In her spare time she enjoys time with her husband, Dan, their two boys Brian and David and their dog and two cats!
